In this tutorial we will learn how products can be updated via the update script (Custom Build) of DirectX - Admin (Direct Admin).

Update server products is simply nothing at all, even a nightmare trainees among us.

Direct update script - Admin is very excellent solution for updating products - without much knowledge.

Requirements:

1. ROOT access.
2. Direct Admin installed on the server.
3. Much in the mood!
   

So without too much confusion that, go through the practical part.

1)

Revenues Hknsulh window, and type:

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/

2)

עכשיו הקלידו:

./build update

לאחר מכן, הקלידו:

./build versions

3)

כרגע תופיע לכם רשימת המוצרים – באפור, רשימת המוצרים שאינם מצריכים עדכון, בלבן בוהק רשימת המוצרים שמצריכים עדכון.

הערה : חשוב לציין שסקריפט העדכון שואב מידע מהמאגרים של Direct Admin ולא ממאגרי המוצר(שזה אומר שתדירות העדכון היא קצת פחות גבוהה מתדירות עדכון ממאגרי המוצר עצמו).

בכדי לעדכן את כל המוצרים שדורשים עדכון, הקלידו:

./build update_versions

או לעדכן מוצר ספציפי, הקלידו:

/build product

כש product שווה לשם המוצר(phpmyadmin, mysqld וכד').

4)

כרגע בצעו ריסטרט לאפצ'י;

service httpd restart
